ARISTOLOGY n. the art or science of cooking and dining


I am Jessica, a food fanatic and Ballymaloe Cookery School Graduate and this site is devoted to my gourmet musings and adventures. It plays host to colourful, delicious and nutritious fare - with the occasional saccharine lapse. This is the type of food I love to eat, in which fruit, herbs and vegetables play a leading role. 

In the past I have been a cook and I am currently employed in London's restaurant industry, but in a predominantly administrative role - so this is my creative outlet.
